Fairfax Family Practice Centers have teamed with CMS to provide public baseline concussion tests to the public. ImPACT Baseline Concussion tests have been offered to high school, college and professional athletes for years. We now have expanded this opportunity to everyone!
WHO SHOULD HAVE A BASELINE TEST?
Everyone can benefit, ages 5 - 60. Life is a contact sport!
Concussions do not discriminate, anyone, any age, any gender, can be a victim of this injury! Concussions can occur from motor vehicle accidents, falls at work, being physically active in a sport, or sometimes simply an simple accident.
We administer the ImPACT Test in a private individual test taker setting that allows for more accurate results and better reflects a person's true performance capabilities. Accurate baseline tests can provide valuable information to providers specializing in concussion management which is helpful in return to work, return to school and return to play/physical activity decisions.

Cost is only $50, an inexpensive piece of mind, payable at time of test. Tests take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
